Easy to order.. healthy food.. freshly baked.. many varieties.. sometimes it takes longer to order when the line is long.. but now you can also order online and pick up directly at the place.. Cookies are always recommended.. New salads are usually added and worth a try

Unfriendly, listless and the worst subs we have ever had. Both employees had absolutely no desire and that was more than just written on their faces. We were served listless and unfriendly. The sandwiches were pelted with vegetables and not folded up properly, so that afterwards you had the paper to wrap the sandwich and it first had to be stripped out. Although it was still open for several hours, some vegetables were empty and supposedly "nothing left". I like Subway a lot, but we will avoid this shop. Especially since people switched from cash register to sandwich without gloves. Questionable!! Hygiene up-to-date: mask requirement, disinfectant dispenser available but empty. Distance should be maintained, but customers have to pay attention to it themselves.

At 7 p.m. you only had Italian bread left. What a shame ...

Partly exhausting staff, otherwise subway

I think it's great that it is actually open until 10 p.m. but it can't be when you go to the door at 9:20 p.m. that the door is locked and has already been cleared. I'm pretty pissed off and disappointed.

I'm really excited! I ordered the vegan part (very tasty). The employee (by the way, her name was Katrin) was so competent. She even changed her gloves because she had brought meat with it & asked if she could put it in the oven with normal (i.e. non-vegan) sandwiches or rather alone without it. Everything was clean, friendly staff, short waiting time ... everything was great!

The food was delicious but incredibly incompetent and slow staff. I ordered at 19:15 and got my food at 19:45, although I was there punctually at 19:10. Certain ingredients are also often sold out. Even during the Corona Lockdown, the shop is overcrowded and there is no concern about following the rules. No recommendation

Soap not available, disinfectant gel empty. When asked, they didn't want to fill up the liquids.

Order was quick and the sub was delicious 😋

I have seldom seen such incompetent staff. Was asked 4 times which bread I would like to have, although there was only one type of bread, the staff could hardly speak German and I had the feeling they did not understand me, The wrong things were put on my bread, wanted to order a drink to refill and was told in an unfriendly tone by another employee that the machine was defective. The worst subway I've ever been on.

Every time I'm there the bread is empty. When it is open, bread should also be there. Hungry in and hungry out.

It was okay. Staff really correct and friendly. Food like Subway Standard always fits

I would like to give minus stars! The worst subway I've ever been to ... The staff was incredibly rude and there was hardly any evidence at noon at 1 p.m. (salad empty, cucumber empty, bread only 2 different ones) That was really sad!

Since the new opening, the shop has been very nice and inviting. You can still refill your drink for free. However, there are a few employees who just can't do it. I've had something wrong on my sandwich the last 3 or 4 times. The staff should listen better and not ask what is on top while the sandwich is still in the oven. Who can remember that?

Lust for work and customer friendliness look different! Working alone, no desire and little choice available. You wonder, there is nothing there, because nothing was delivered, or because you simply didn't feel like judging. Unfortunately, this has been going on for several weeks. A real shame! This shop is definitely not a figurehead for Subway.

Opening times were wrong ... not even on the website of Subway ... The restaurant is nice modern but the staff was very difficult to understand

The employees usually work in slow motion. Didn't manage to get out of here in under 20 minutes even after more than 5 visits. The last two times you got my sandwich out of the oven and served some other customers who came after me and I got a cold sandwich. The breads are often out and you should wait 20 minutes for new breads.

I've only had good business experiences so far. Orders were properly and well prepared. I never noticed a lack of bread or other ingredients. And I've been there at least 5 times in the past 3 months. Staff was always friendly and courteous. The speed of their work is reasonable and I had never seen extremely long lines before, it was rather quiet. (In the afternoon or early evening) I like to be here and would highly recommend the Subway. Thanks to the team, keep it up! And stay healthy in these tough times!

Nice place and cool people, People also speak English, completely renovated,new look and appearances Payment by card is accepted. Upto 10 Parking spaces are available on street next to subway max time 2 hours free after 1300 hours There are also underground parking spaces owned by subway for customers entrance is available next street

Renovated right now. But due to low and inexperienced staff, the waiting time is very long and very slow.

Friendly staff. Speaks English well. Special daily menu with cookies and coke. Sometimes waiting can be as much as 20 minutes.

Net gut

The usual, but sometimes it is too crowded.

Subway fill your stomach..enjoy

Subway is always delicious. A little on the pricey side, but totally worth it for me.

Unfortunately the service didn't match the taste of the food.

The cashier was just rude as I couldnt speak German. She got irritated very easily. The main point of subway being selection of the sauces you like but she put in whatever she wanted so as to get me out of the line. JUST RUDE.
